Since the PLTP was established, it has secured funding of over £1.5 million from various government and European funding sources.

Avencentral Partnership
The AvenCentral Partnership is a locally based regeneration partnership within the City of Preston that was established in August 2000 to oversee the management and implementation of a £57 million regeneration programme for the AvenCentral area.
Eurofunding North West
Structural Funds are the primary mechanism in which the European Union offers support to promote development and reduce inequalities between regions and social groups. Funding provides some financial support for projects which could not otherwise proceed and which are designed to help businesses and members of disadvantaged communities.
Government Office for the Northwest (GONW)
The Government Office represents Central Government in the region; it also feeds back the region's views to Whitehall.
We aim to work with regional partners and local people to increase the prosperity of the region, promote sustainable development and tackle social exclusion.
HM Treasury

The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) is responsible for funding and planning education and training for over 16-year-olds in England.
New Opportunities Fund (NOF)
The New Opportunities Fund (NOF) delivers programmes across the UK that are designed to improve the quality of life for people and communities, address disadvantage, encourage community participation and complement Government strategies.
